Shipping policy

All of our domestic orders (within New Zealand) are shipped via New Zealand Post. All orders within the US are shipped with UPS. All international orders are shipped via DHL. All Cold Rumours orders ship within 1-4 business days unless there are unforeseen circumstances outside of CR’s control. Customers will receive an email with your tracking details once your order ships.

If for any reason you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order please contact our support team at this email support@coldrumours.com

If a customer's parcel is lost or stolen once the courier company has successfully delivered it, Cold Rumours does not cover the cost of the stolen/lost items. 

Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If you place an international order you are agreeing to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your home country.

Cold Rumours cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and cannot cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
