CR is an all sales final return policy. This means from point of purchase moving forward, there is no option for a refund or exchange. This is due to the limited nature of our items and the small team we are (two people).
To open an inquiry on your order please email use our "contact us" form located on our CONTACT page. Our team aims to respond to all questions within 72 hours. Please note this is our only support forum. Anyone else claiming to offer support, is a fraud and illegitimate.
SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC USA
Once an order is placed you will be sent a confirmation email. When your package has shipped, you will receive another email containing the tracking number. On average orders are delivered domestically within 5-7 days (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

SHIPMENT POLICY & OVERVIEW
If a faster shipment method is offered, utilized, or purchased, then the posted information concerning the arrival date will be directly provided to the customer or purchasing party. Please note preorder items or unless stated otherwise on the product information page, they will not ship within this timeline.
